Only having PERSI with a deficit of $1.5 billion means they’re doing a good job? The PEW Foundation and Boston Univ. do not give PERSI good marks. We need to desperately change from defined benefit to defined contribution for the future enrollees and stop this 60 year future obligation for every hire.
